- Recent Mortgage Statement
- Declaration Page of Homeowners Insurance
- Recent Property Tax Bill
- HOA bill (if any)
Self- Employed Borrowers:
- Recent Business License
- 2021 and 2020 1099s
- 2021 and 2020 personal and business Tax Returns-all schedule, all pages
- Year-to-Date Profit and Loss Statement
- Copy of driver license
